Man Suspected of Watching Children at Park and Committing a Lewd Act

A 21-year-old San Gabriel man has been arrested after he was seen committing lewd acts while sitting on a park bench and looking directly at children in a playground, authorities said today.Detectives from the Sheriff's Parks Bureau located Joshua Duran Tuesday while he was walking close to Michillinda Park in an unincorporated area bordering Arcadia.Duran had been observed in the park on Friday.Duran was also found with a large amount of marijuana in his possession when taken into custody.Duran...
